Digital Marketing Manager

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager in the fast-paced Health Insurance industry. The role is based in Parsippany, New Jersey, and will involve developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote brand awareness and customer engagement
• Manage and optimize content on Content Management System (CMS)
• Utilize CRM to understand customer behavior and tailor digital marketing efforts accordingly
• Use Facebook Insights for analyzing the success of social media campaigns and modify strategies as needed
• Implement and monitor Google Ad campaigns to increase brand visibility
• Create compelling advertisements to attract potential customers
• Track and analyze website traffic and user engagement using analytics tools
• Plan and execute campaigns to target specific audience segments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business goals. • Must possess strong proficiency in Content Management System (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Proven experience with Facebook Insights necessary for effective social media marketing
• Extensive knowledge of Google Ad platform for effective advertisement planning and execution
• Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing successful advertising campaigns
• Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing strategies
• Demonstrated ability to increase brand awareness through various digital marketing strategies
• Previous experience in campaign planning and execution
• Insurance industry experience, specifically health insurance, would be highly beneficial
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
