Duration: TemporarySalary: $20.00-$24.50 p/hr. 15% differential DOE Weekend shift: -Fri-Mon 6:00 am-4:30 pm Key Responsibilities: -Perform complex assembly, assembly testing, adjustments and quality checks-Review production data to identify areas on non-conformance and implement modifications as necessary-Prepare status reports-Work with team members to devise and develop modifications and improvements to equipment, processes, systems, and tooling-Ensure and verify material is handled and loaded on production lines properly-Give direction and training on product/customer specifications and workmanship standards-Audit all stages of the build sequence for completeness, consistency, and workmanship-Provide immediate feedback and training when problems occur-Work independently with moderate supervisionDesired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
-Skilled in the operation of a variety of assembly tools-Visual acuity and manual dexterity-Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment-Good verbal and written communication skills-Good MS Word, Excel, and MRP skills-Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift to 50 lbs.
