Remote Customer Service Representative - Bilingual

Adecco is assisting our client in recruiting for remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative roles (MUST LIVE IN NEW MEXICO).

Overview of State of New Mexico Project: This role provides unbiased assistance to Medicaid and Health Care Services Providers with questions regarding eligibility, medical claims status, and other program/services questions.

Working hours will be based in Mountain Time Zone. Pay is $19.90 an hour based on living wage in your area.

Typical New Mexico assignment is long term but can be extended or shortened based on business needs and performance.

Hours: Must be available to work a 36-hour work week; scheduled days and shift will vary Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. MST.

Must have open availability M-F 7:00 AM-7:00 PM MST due to the possibility of being offered additional hours to work. We are unable to accommodate schedule change requests. Shifts are assigned based on client needs.

Basic Qualifications:

o 2 years of Customer Service experience.

o 2 years of call center environment experience.

o High School Diploma or GED (List where Diploma or GED is from, and year graduated)

o Must pass a background check.

o Proficiency with computers.

o Data entry experience.

o Listening, verbal, and written communication experience.

o Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams) experience.

Work From Home Requirements:

o Must connect to modem/router with provided Ethernet cord.

o Internet access sufficient to handle calls received via the internet.

o Quiet and private remote work location.

o Must reside and work at the address provided (no coffee shops, friend's houses, etc.)

Job Responsibilities/Skill Set for position:

o Answer incoming phone calls, chats and or emails.

o Conduct outreach phone calls and or emails.

o Provide outstanding customer service.

o Recognize and follow call flows with scripts.

o Research and review customer inquiries.

o Research information using multiple systems. Relay research findings and outcomes to customers.

o Identify and escalate appropriate issues.

o Cleary document call information and encounters in call logs.

o Recognize and alert management of risk and trends.

o Quickly transition from one task to another.

o Always maintain a professional demeanor.

o Provide excellent listening, verbal, and written communication.

o Have a quiet and private remote work location.

o Home internet access must be sufficient to handle calls received via the internet.

o Utilize all Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams)

o Proficiency with computers: Experience with data entry, using the internet and email via Outlook.

Pay Details: $19.90 per hour
