Job Description
  • Oversee and manage superintendent staff on construction projects from conception to completion
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
  • Review work progress on a daily basis
  • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
  • Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
  • Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers and personnel in other departments or construction projects
  • Maintain a safe, clean and organized job site

The Successful Applicant

A successful Field Operations Manager should have:

  • Experience managing superintendents
  • Proven experience on ground-up and remodel retail construction projects
  • Proficiency in construction management systems and software
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, means and methods
  • Understanding of construction laws and regulations
