Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR department in administrative tasks, including maintaining employee files, processing new hire paperwork, and updating records.
  • Translate HR documents, policies, and communications into Spanish as needed.
  • Assist in recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, onboarding new hires, and maintaining related documentation.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and company policies in both English and Spanish.
  • Track employee attendance, time cards, and join payroll processing as necessary.
  • Maintain and restock office supplies while ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • 1+ year of administrative or HR experience.
  • Bilingual fluency (Spanish and English) required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and exposure to HR systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • High school diploma required; an associate degree in business, HR, or related field preferred.
