Job Description- Partner with leadership to support HR initiatives aligned with company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations (FINRA, SEC, DOL) and employment laws.
- Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution in a professional and confidential manner.
- Assist with talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning to support business needs.
- Administer benefits programs, including retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness initiatives.
- Maintain and update HRIS records while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support performance management, professional development, and employee engagement programs.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams on HR policies and workplace guidelines.

The Successful Applicant- Experience: 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the finance, banking, or investment sector.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of financial industry regulations, employment laws, HRIS systems, and employee relations best practices.
- Preferred: HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus. Experience with compensation structures and incentive programs in financial services is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-compliance environment and handle sensitive information with discretion.
