MID-SENIOR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Seeking an Intellectual Property (IP) associate with three or more years of patent and trademark prosecution and litigation experience.
The ideal candidate will effectively manage day-to-day prosecution and litigation tasks and independently prepare USPTO filings, court pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and effectively communicate with other lawyers(link removed)>
Experience taking and defending depositions or drafting IP agreements is a plus(link removed) Excellent academic credentials, demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and practical judgment are required.
Candidates must be currently admitted to practice in Florida, Georgia, California, DC or New York. Please specify preferred office in cover letter.
A USPTO registration number or patent bar eligibility is strongly preferred.
