Your key role will be to assist in the efficient running of our business by updating and maintaining our purchasing data in the SAP system. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient and accurate input of info record data, including setting all flags appropriately.
• Utilize your expertise in data mining techniques to mass upload price, UOM, and MOQ data files into SAP.
• Create conversion factors for info records that translate PCs to the correct UOM.
• Develop and recommend a standard methodology for creating info records to streamline communication requirements and minimize manual communication channels.
• Carry out regular auditing to maintain compliance and accuracy in data input and processing.
• Use your strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to optimize business processes.
• Contribute to employee training, imparting knowledge on how to update and maintain purchasing data in SAP.
• Communicate effectively with various teams, including purchasing and logistics, to ensure broad application of your skills.

MUST BE PROFICIENT IN SAP

• Proficient in Data Mining Techniques to analyze and interpret complex logistical data.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to manage and integrate the business processes.
• Strong auditing skills for reviewing systems and operations, identifying issues, and recommending solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with various departments and stakeholders.
• Understanding of compliance regulations and standards within the logistics industry.
• Proficiency in using SAP software for logistics management and operations.
• Experience in conducting employee training sessions to ensure all team members understand and adhere to logistics procedures and policies.
