HVAC Qualifier

Knowledgeable of the theory of operation of customer equipment and theory of operation and installation methods of the demand response devices, in the project to which he or she is assignedPerform all required duties as directed to inspect any company installed energy efficient equipment and productsInspect company installed demand response and other equipment according to safe and proper procedures, take pictures of equipment, and accurately complete inspection formAssist other managers in day-to-day operations management of the assigned projectDaily travel to pre-scheduled appointments - required to schedule own appointments in an efficient and timely mannerAssume responsibility of compliance of all electrical installations connected to HVAC equipment made by employeesSpearhead efforts of service to any HVAC system that meets approval from management for repair or serviceEnsure the meeting of company quality standardsPromote the energy efficiency program to the customerWork with building owners and property managers to provide energy efficiency advice and assistance in participating in energy efficiency programs if any opportunities ariseMaintain and raise customer approval of said utility and its programsComplete special projects as assignedComplete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.Develop a comprehensive understanding of the program"s strategic direction regarding energy efficiency and the business activities of its customers Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulationsWork in a team atmosphere to collaborate and continuously improve operations year after yearOccasional weekend travel to a job site to accommodate a customer"s need may be required
