Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who can deliver top-tier assistance to our clientele. This role calls for a highly detailed and customer-oriented individual, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. The Customer Service Representative will be the initial point of contact for customers offering assistance, addressing queries, and ensuring an optimal level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or face-to-face.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests from customers.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicate and coordinate with colleagues, as necessary.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer support role, ideally as a Customer Service Representative.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills with an inborn desire to help others.
• Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.
• A keen attention to detail when handling customer inquiries and maintaining records.
