Job Description
  • Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost control.
  • Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee quality assurance and quality control processes to meet industry standards.
  • Ensure all necessary permits and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Ensure a smooth project closeout process, including client acceptance and final documentation.

The Successful Applicant
  • 4+ years of construction experience
  • Ability to manage ground-up commercial projects
  • Experience with oversight on project financials
  • Experience with self-performed work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for construction
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
