Canvassing Team Lead

Joyce Factory Direct is a leading name in the home improvement industry, committed to delivering top-quality products and services to our customers. We are looking for a driven and experienced Canvassing Manager to launch and grow our canvassing department from the ground up.

Your leadership and vision will be critical in driving the success of this department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a canvassing strategy to generate high-quality leads for our sales team.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of canvassers, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to meet targets.
• Actively participate in daily canvassing efforts, leading by example in the field.
• Set clear performance goals and provide ongoing coaching and support to help the team succeed.
• Monitor and analyze canvassing performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of lead generation efforts.
• Maintain a positive and energetic team environment that encourages continuous improvement and high morale.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in canvassing or a similar field, with a strong track record of success.
• Previous experience in a management or leadership role, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Willingness to be in the field daily, leading canvassing efforts hands-on.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
