Job Description
  • Lead and oversee on-site construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain an efficient and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure adherence to project designs, building codes, and regulations while proactively addressing any construction challenges.
  • Optimize resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency.
  • Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, logs, and change orders.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and community stakeholders, ensuring excellent client satisfaction.
  • Enforce rigorous safety protocols to uphold a secure and healthy worksite.

The Successful Applicant
  • At least five years of proven success as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide project teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities to enhance collaboration.
  • Proficiency in interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications for accurate implementation.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
