The Successful Applicant- At least five years of proven success as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide project teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities to enhance collaboration.
- Proficiency in interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications for accurate implementation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
