We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Astoria, New York, United States. In this role, you'll be expected to manage a variety of accounting tasks, from cash flow analysis to the preparation of financial reports, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our financial department.

• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications.
• Maintain precise records of customer credit.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly.
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required.
• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including cash management, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Coordinate and oversee all accounting functions.
• Prepare financial reports as necessary.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget.
• Supervise the accounting functions performed by the Bookkeeper.
• Collaborate with the team on special projects when required.
• Utilize accounting software systems, such as Great Plains (GPAC) and ADP - Financial Services, to manage and analyze financial data.
• Use Microsoft Excel for creating and maintaining spreadsheets related to financial data. • Proficient in Accounting Software Systems to maintain financial records
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services for payroll and employee benefits processing
• Experience with Computerized Accounting Systems for efficient financial management
• Knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC) for enterprise resource planning
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
• Understanding of all Accounting Functions to ensure accurate financial recording
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure timely payments
• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) to maintain healthy cash flow
• Ability to prepare an Annual Budget to forecast financial needs
• Experience in Cash Flow Analysis to monitor company's financial health
