For one of our clients, we are looking for a Health Insurance Sales, remotely from Virginia, US.
In this role, you will assist customers in making informed healthcare decisions by matching them with the best Medicare products and services. You’ll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales goals.This includes handling sales calls, following up with clients, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring compliance with Medicare Marketing Guidelines. You will be part of a supportive team that helps you grow, with a focus on meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
Accountabilities:
- Drive sales by guiding customers through their healthcare decisions and matching them with optimal products.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance targets.
- Close transactional sales and manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to final sale.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve any issues, and close new business.
- Ensure all activities adhere to CMS Medicare Marketing Guidelines and company policies.
- Support month-end reporting and other tasks as needed.
- Active health insurance license required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with AEP (Annual Enrollment Period).
- Prior experience selling Medicare Supplement/Medigap and other senior insurance products via phone.
- Excellent communication skills and strong computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Internet).
- High School Diploma required; BA/BS preferred.
- Call center experience preferred, but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and up to 50 hours per week during AEP.
- Ability to work from home with a private workspace and reliable internet.
