Miller's Ale House is seeeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager of Marketing Technologies to join our team and drive the growth of both on-premise and off-premise traffic through the strategic implementation of Guest-facing technology and solutions across our restaurant network.

This pivotal role will focus on enhancing the Guest experience by executing the vision and strategy of our product offerings while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Works collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to launch and execute the product roadmap for Guest-facing technologies and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.
  • Manages the entire marketing technology product life cycle, which includes gathering information, creating project plans and schedules, obtaining and managing resources, managing budget, and facilitating project execution, deployment, and ongoing product management.
  • Drives the development of solutions that elevate the Miller’s Ale House Guest experience and increase restaurant traffic, both on-premise and through first and third-party platforms.
  • Leads cross-functional project teams to ensure successful product implementation and team adoption of Guest-facing marketing technology in our restaurants.
  • Coordinates cross-functional meetings, internal and external, to meet overall stakeholder expectations and company's objectives.
  • Partners closely with internal teams such as IT, Marketing, Finance, Training and Operations, and external technology providers, to ensure successful integration and execution of product initiatives across multiple digital channels.
  • Provides functional and technical knowledge across multiple business and technical areas.
  • Leads the strategy and execution for driving Off-Premise sales growth in 1^st and 3^rd-party pick-up and delivery channels (e.g., millersalehouse.com, DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.). Develops and implements promotional strategies to increase order volume and drive Guest engagement. Manage operations metrics to ensure a seamless Guest experience.
  • Utilizes strong financial analysis and data-driven decision-making to develop, monitor, and report on product performance. Ensures all product initiatives are cost-effective and aligned with budgetary constraints while driving desired business outcomes.
  • Develops revenue-generating programs using product, price, and promotion to build sales, profit, and Guest counts and makes decisions informed by an understanding of financial implications.
  • Prioritize Guest-centric solutions that simplify the ordering and check-out processes, enhance Guest satisfaction, and increase loyalty. Continuously monitors and assesses the impact of technology changes and promotions on the Guest experience and makes iterative improvements.
  • Communicates product progress, roadmaps, and performance metrics to key stakeholders across the organization. Build consensus and ensure alignment across teams to drive successful product launches.
  • Performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions and/or requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of product management experience, is required, preferably in the restaurant or technology industry
  • 5+ years of multi-unit casual dining restaurant experience in a project management, implementation and/or product management role
  • Prior experience in off-premise and managing third-party delivery channels
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required
  • This position requires the candidate to reside in the Orlando area or be willing to relocate to the area
  • Ability to gather insights from data; SQL, Tableau etc.
  • Vendor management, including selection and contract negotiations
  • Experience working with digital platforms, such as kiosks, tabletop devices, and point of sales
  • Experienced with all Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to work interdependently and with cross-functional teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in both tactical and strategic capacities
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and systems
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills with high attention to detail
