About the Company: Leading private equity firm based in Menlo Park, CA, primarily focused on high-growth technology and related companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate, timely filing of federal, state, and local income tax returns, FATCA/CRS and other business-related filings.
• Manage and review investor US withholding tax certificates and coordinate documentations to banks.
• Manage preparation and calculation of quarterly estimated tax payments.
• Assist in preparing tax-related communications and managing federal, state, and local notices and inquiries.
• Engage with deal teams and external advisors regarding structuring portfolio investments globally and to implement appropriate holding company or blocker structures.

Qualifications:

• B.S. degree in accounting or similar; CPA preferred.
• A minimum of 6 years of tax experience, with a preference for Big 4 accounting firm experience.
• Extensive knowledge in investment management, Subchapter K partnership and international tax compliance.
• Experience with international investment tax preferred.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to sort through complex issues and communicate them in a clear, concise manner.
