Position Overview:
As an AP Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing our accounts payable process. Whether you're new to the field or an experienced professional, we encourage you to apply! Key Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payment
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all AP transactions
- Process expense reports
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to address any AP-related issues
- Support the accounting team with ad hoc tasks and projects
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with accounting software is a plus but not required
