Remote Booking Agent

This is a remote position.

We are seeking Remote Booking Agents ready to become part of our exceptional team. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and managing all aspects of travel arrangements, while maintaining ongoing communication with clients throughout the process.

Job Duties:

• Research the most suitable travel options for clients.
• Make travel reservations, including flights, cruises, hotel bookings, rental cars, and more.
• Attend training sessions, both live and recorded, to stay up-to-date on new products, safety protocols, and health guidelines.
• Maintain open communication with clients during the booking process.
• Handle secure payments and allocate them to your client's reservations.

• Proficiency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
• Authorized to work in the United States or Mexico.
• Access to a laptop with an internet connection.
• Strong client communication skills.
• While personal travel experience is not mandatory, it is a bonus.
• Ability to work independently.
