We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Staff Accountant in CONSHOHOCKEN, Pennsylvania. As a Staff Accountant, you will be part of a dynamic team where you will handle a variety of accounting tasks, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, and general ledger management.

Responsibilities:

Handle a high volume of AP and AR tasks, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Manage the general ledger and make necessary journal entries.
Utilize accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks.
Assist in the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reports.
Engage in ad hoc projects as needed, displaying problem-solving skills and proactivity.
Communicate with vendors as necessary, coordinating with the procurement team.
Assist in the management of accounts for multiple entities, working collaboratively with other accounting staff.
Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP)
Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations
Knowledge of General Ledger
Experience in creating and maintaining Journal Entries
Familiarity with Month End Close processes
Proficiency in using NetSuite software
Experience with Oracle financial software
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Experience with SAP financial software
