Inside Sales Representative/New Business Development
Independent insurance broker is seeking an Inside Sales Rep to market and sell to businesses using various avenues.
Responsibilities:
- establish brand name on internet
- review forms of advertising and associated costs
- digital marketing
- target companies by SIC codes and size
- use social media/LinkedIn
- send emails, letters, and campaigns
- create a database of soft and qualified leads
- develop marketing strategies, brochures, newsletters
- assist with client retention, through various forms of communications
- establish a text messaging software platform and utilization
- assist with developing proposals, presentations
- meet with carriers to learn appetites to target for insurance needs
- assist with targeting referral sources; and developing potential referral sources/ centers of influence
- research different potential company leads
- cold call with spreadsheet tracking
- assist with various company communications related to acquisitions and staffing recognition

Pay: $50,000 salary plus 40% commissions on all business generated (easily a six figure opportunity the first year) plus great benefits
