Your Impact:
The Edge Security Program Manager will be responsible for documenting the physical security program for the client’s data centers. They will work with multiple business groups to identify requirements, scopes and objectives for the creation of data center physical security standards.
The Security Program Manager will effectively decipher and write plans and manuals related to the safety, security and protection of data center assets. The Security Program Manager will create, maintain, and periodically review program documentation, plans and reports.The Security Program Manager will collaborate effectively across different organizational levels, functions, businesses, and geographies to realize both departmental and company goals and objectives.
They will interface with Global Security Key Stakeholders to plan and prioritize activities.
Qualifications:
Responsibilities Include But Are Not limited To:
Complete security risk assessments for assigned locations
Produce comprehensive reports, assessments, meeting minutes, project coordination documents, and meeting agendas
Multi-task and prioritize assignments across numerous concurrent projects
Interaction with all levels of internal and external customers and stakeholders
Work collaboratively across multiple stakeholder and client groups
Handle various tasks simultaneously while working efficiently, effectively and independently with minimal supervision
Establish relationships with hosted data center providers and ensure escalation/notification processes are regularly verified and tested
Demonstrate broad security and construction related technical competencies including knowledge of electronic security products and systems
Project a cooperative and positive attitude towards customers, employees, team members and the client company
You Qualify With:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of two years previous security supervision or leadership experience required in a security setting
Professional demeanor and appearance
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug testing)
