Objective of the Position: To Lead and Administer Pre-Trial Services CorporationReports to: Pre-Trial Services Corporation Board of Directors
Duties of the Position: Implement policies established by the Board of Directors
Provide organizational leadershipMaintain the mission and vision of PTSC throughout all agency activities and programs
Foster, enrich, and sustain organizations relationship with funders, criminal justice decision-makers, and the community
Assure adherence to current laws governing agency activities and operations
Responsible for fiscal management, establish and maintain a cost-effective, cost-efficient and fiscally sound not-for-profit agency
Evaluate program effectiveness, develop new programs which meet the needs of multiple customers
Build and maintain a diverse staff who is qualified to deliver excellent services
Ensure that agency staff are equipped with all necessary tools to accomplish their tasks
Represent the agency, its mission, and activities to the public
Represent the agency in criminal justice forums and planning
Supervise administrative staff
Identify and maintain funding opportunities to support the financial sustainability of PTSC
Exhibit strong fiduciary experience managing resources openly and transparently
Requirements/Performance Standards: Management experience in program development, maintenance, operations, personnel and fiscal areas
Broad based knowledge of the criminal justice system, pre-trial services, and alternatives to incarcerationMust be able to obtain and maintain a jail pass issued by the Monroe County Sheriffs Department
In A Management Capacity Has: Demonstrated productive relationships with professional contacts and co-workers
Demonstrated ability to consistently and accurately assess and define relevant information in complex situation and generate multiple options for actionDemonstrated ability to provide leadership, vision, and accomplish goals
Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and implement job-related and organizational enhancements

Demonstrated ability to manage fiscal responsibilities
Salary: Commensurate with experience, range starts at $85,000- $92,000
Educational and Experience Requirements: Masters Degree with a minimum of five (5) years relevant management or administrative experience
