Responsibilities

Operations and Hospitality:

• Serve as the back-up building Receptionist
• Provide hospitality and customer service to staff, volunteers, tenants, clients, and visitors
• Manage and direct incoming telephone calls
• Handle basic safety and security procedures.
• Sort and deliver mail and packages to staff and tenants
• Prepare parcels and packages for shipping
• Deliver paper, coffee, and other supplies to floors
• Manage inventory of supplies
• Respond to Operations HelpDesk requests
• Move, organize and manage stock in storage
• Printing request production and fulfillment
• Provides excellent customer service to staff, tenants, and visitors, and works with all of the Operations team to create a welcoming space and environment

Events:

• Support Associate Director – Operations and Events administering events
• Interact professionally and courteously with event organizers, caterers, and attendees
• Set-up and break-down spaces to meet event requirements
