Job Description

The Process Engineering Supervisor will be responsible for the following:

• Leading and supervising the process engineering team
• Identifying and implementing process improvements
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Collaborating with other departments to optimize productivity
• Overseeing the development and execution of projects
• Providing technical guidance and training to team members
• Analyzing performance data and making necessary adjustments
• Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment

The Successful Applicant

A successful Process Engineering Supervisor should have:

• A degree in Engineering or a related field
• Strong leadership skills and experience in team management
• Profound knowledge of process optimization in the industrial manufacturing industry
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
• Foundry experience is a plus!
• Materials / Metallurgy experience is a plus!
• Experience in a leadership/supervisor position required.

• A competitive salary range of approximately $90,000 to $105,000
