Business Analyst

We are on the lookout for a Business Analyst to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This role is pivotal in leading the migration from four legacy systems to our new Project Management software. The successful candidate will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our IT capacities and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the transition from four legacy systems to our new Project Management software.
- Utilize Atlassian Jira, CRM, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word to optimize business processes.
- Conduct AB Testing and Agile Scrum methodologies to improve system functionality.
- Perform Gap Analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Generate Business Requirement Documents to clearly communicate the needs and expectations of the business.
- Administer claims and ensure procedural compliance.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand and document business processes and requirements.
- Track and monitor customer accounts, ensuring appropriate actions are taken when necessary.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is required
- Familiarity with CRM systems is necessary
- Ability to perform Gap Analysis effectively
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are a must
- Competency in Microsoft Word is essential
- Experience in AB Testing is needed
- Understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies is crucial
- Knowledge of Business Process Functions is required
- Ability to draft Business Requirement Document efficiently
- Experience in Claim Administration is desirable
