Job Description- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage project teams, including engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth coordination and productivity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and vendors, maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Develop, monitor, and update project schedules and budgets, ensuring cost-effective project delivery.
- Review project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with estimating and preconstruction teams to confirm project scopes, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Implement value engineering practices to improve project efficiency while maintaining quality.
- Oversee adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, troubleshooting issues to maintain project momentum.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, addressing any challenges promptly.

The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- At least 8-10 years of project management experience with a general contractor, specifically in commercial or institutional construction.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with values exceeding $10M.
- Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid).
- Familiarity with scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of construction methods, codes, safety regulations, and QA/QC procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, contracts, and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
