Job Duties: Develop and deliver various engineering and automation initiatives which address key Index Operational Risk concerns. Construct user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design and development to support a range of products used by the Index Business.

1. Design, develop, and implement web applications using modern technologies that align with architecture, operational, and risk processes.
2. Develop and support middle-tier APIs using C# .NET and develop and support complex SQL Server stored procedures.
3. Design, develop, and modify tools and applications using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes and consequences of design.
4. Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
5. Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting.
6. Guide UI/UX development and unifying multiple stand-alone UIs.
7. Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the agile software development life cycle.
8. Deliver products, services, enhancements, and solutions to meet customer needs and align with the goals of the business line with Index Delivery and Index Management business functions.

5 years of experience in an IT specialist-related occupation.

1. 5 years of experience with designing, developing, testing, and deploying secure, multi-tier web applications and improving systems using ASP.NET, C#, Oragle 10g and above, and Web API.
2. 5 years of experience with designing database structure by implementing nominalization techniques and writing SQL and PL/SQL queries with joins on multiple Tables, Packages, Stored Procedures, Functions and Triggers.
3. 5 years of experience developing user interfaces using Bootstrap, jQuery, NPM, Nodejs, Html, and CSS.
4. 5 years of experience with web application development and enhancing or improving existing web-based systems using .NET Framework Core 2.1, 4.5, MVC 5.0, C#, ASP.NET, WCF Service, Web API, (link removed), SAML 2.0, Bootstrap, Query, Oracle10g.
5. 5 years of experience performing SCRUM delivery and Agile Development methodologies with knowledge in Functional Business Analysis and Planning Sprint Delivery.
6. 5 years of experience with CI/CD pipelines of web applications.
7. 3 years of experience developing cloud services using Amazon Web Services (AWS) leveraging key services such as EC2, S3 Bucket, and Lambda.
