Job Title: Administrative Coordinator (Long-term Temporary)
Location: Chattanooga, Tennessee

Role Summary: A national non-profit organization located in the heart of Downtown Chattanooga requires an Administrative Coordinator for a long-term temporary role. The successful candidate will support the organization's day-to-day operations on-site for 30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities: Answering incoming telephone calls and greeting visitors professionally and courteously.

Offering administrative support across various departments as needed.
Performing data entry tasks within the donor database.
Ordering and managing office supplies.

Keeping the office space and front lobby clean, organized, and presentable.

Job Requirements: Proficiency in MS Office applications, with intermediate-level skills in MS Excel.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A strong sense of initiative and problem-solving abilities.
An ability to work and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Knowledge of social media and marketing is highly preferred but not required.

  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role

  • Ability to answer phone calls and emails in a detail-oriented manner
  • Experience in administrative office procedures, systems, and equipment
  • Familiarity with Canva for creating engaging visual content
  • Proficiency in social media platforms for promotional and communication purposes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
