Civil Construction Project Manager (Hosford) - Hosford

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of private and public project management experience, with a strong emphasis on civil construction. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for efficiently managing one or more projects ranging from $550k to $15 million, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

**Manage civil construction projects, both private and public, with a focus on efficiency and performance.

**Supervise construction operations to ensure maximum efficiency and performance within assigned budget and timeline.

**Monitor project status and suggest improvements to the Area Manager regarding crew size, performance methods, work quality, and value engineering.

**Conduct continuous evaluations of various project aspects including plans, schedules, equipment performance, personnel needs, quality control, safety, and subcontractor relations.

**Coordinate and control the work of all subcontractors to ensure compliance with job specifications and company policies.

**Review daily reports for accuracy and completeness.

**Ensure compliance with local ordinances, laws, safety regulations (including OSHA), and affirmative action programs.

**Perform other duties as assigned.
