Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front office, greeting visitors and fielding telephone calls.
  • Provide top-notch customer service to staff, visitors, and customers.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
  • Assist with the creation of PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and Word documents.
  • Develop and distribute internal communications.
  • Coordinate, distribute and escalate urgent and confidential administrative support to the team.
  • Fulfill daily tasks such as scanning, copying, faxing, and filing documents.
  • Assist in the preparation and handling of office expenses and budgets.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g., e-calendars, copy machines, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, including printers and fax machines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb problem-solving abilities.
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Secretary will be a plus.
