Ideal candidates have prior experience in role-specific duties including but not limited to managing company correspondence, scheduling appointments and travel arrangements, office administration, supervising operations/HR processes, and coordinating with technical solution providers.
Potential Key Responsibilities:
- Read, sort, and file emails & company documents
- Schedule local and international travel
- Process and monitor company and household bills
- Handle operations and HR-related forms and processes
- Maintain office supplies inventory and equipment functionality
- Pick up, sort and distribute mail
- Offload admin functions from team as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager
- In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and in a team
