Business Analyst

We are offering a contract-to-hire employment opportunity for a Business Analyst in Watertown, Massachusetts. The role primarily revolves around working with Service Cloud, focusing on case management and Sales Cloud with a concentration on Opportunities.
The individual will be expected to work independently with the business to define requirements and translate them into user stories for the developers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency
- Maintain, update and ensure the accuracy of customer credit records
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on account status
- Utilize Service Cloud to manage cases and provide solutions
- Work with Sales Cloud focusing on Opportunities to drive revenue and growth
- Use tools like Conga, CPQ or Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) to enhance sales processes
- Define business requirements independently and translate them into user stories for developers
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of improvement and suggest corrective measures
- Implement agile scrum methodologies to streamline business processes. • Proficient in Atlassian Jira
- Experience with CRM systems
- Familiarity with Database management
- Knowledge of EO/IR systems
