Senior Account Executive - US - B2B SaaS - Remote

Tasks
Our high-performing sales team is made up of seasoned SaaS sales professionals who thrive on closing deals and building long-lasting relationships. We are looking for US based team members to support growth in our largest and fastest growing market (expanding triple digits per year, since we put boots on the ground in 2022).We are looking for ambitious individuals who can navigate sales cycles within the Private Equity, VC, and Corporate clients and articulate our value proposition to C-Level executives.
Our sales process is highly structured and our sales team is split into two roles accordingly. Account Executives are responsible for generating outbound leads and winning new labels. Technical Sales deliver product demos, conduct trials and ensure leads move through all stages of our process smoothly.

Your role:
- Join a rapidly growing start-up to further expand our North and South American footprint with a product that has strong market fit and hundreds of clients.
- Sourcing and closing Private Equity, VC and Corporate customers.
- Working with the sales team and leadership to continuously refine the sales strategy, including ideal customer profiles, value proposition messaging, pricing and playbooks.
- Reporting directly to the Co-Founder & CEO of ORCA AG (our Swiss entity) and collaborating closely with the CEO of ORCA Americas.
- Hunter mindset with the experience developing and executing outbound sales strategies, including cold outreach, networking, and targeted account-based marketing, to generate leads and secure new customers within the Private Equity, VC and Corporate domains.
- You have successfully closed B2B SaaS deals with CFOs, VP Finance / Compliance, and General Counsel as the decision-maker(s).
- Proven track record of closing new business at a USD >50’000 ARR deal size in multithreaded sales cycles.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced start-up environment with sales cycles typically lasting weeks and months not quarters and years.
- Based in the US (East Coast/Central) to align with core business hours.
- Ideally you have experience and a network within the Private Equity, VC and Corporate domains.
- The compensation range for employees based in the US is base salary $100,000 - $145,000 USD in line with experience + uncapped commission.. This salary range is inclusive of several career levels at ORCA and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, business need and US location.
