Billing Specialist (100% onsite) - Temp to Perm

Schedule Full-Time 40 hours (Monday - Friday - 8:00am - 4:30pm).

Summary:

The Billing Specialist is responsible for creating invoices for distribution to customers. They are responsible for overseeing the entire invoicing process and maintaining organized records to aid in reporting.

Main Duties amp; Responsibilities:

• Create invoices and billing materials for orders packed during all shifts and send out to customers.
• Correct orders that 2nd shift was unable to pack due to errors with addresses (mainly nu orders and web orders)
• Invoice Credit Card orders and charge Credit Card on file
• Contact Customer Service Department regarding declined Credit Cards
• Ensure that all Credit Card orders are charged and ready to ship
• Process CC refunds for credit memos
• Make UPS or Fedex labels for International Shipments.

Qualification Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication, including writing, speaking and active listening skills
• Great customer service skills, including interpersonal conversation, patience and empathy
• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• In-depth knowledge of industry best practices
• Basic math
• Organization, time management and prioritization abilities
• Effective computer skills and ability to use Google suite/Microsoft Office.
