IFC's Human Resources department is seeking an intern as part of our Global Internship Program (GIP). The Global Internship Program (GIP) offers highly motivated individuals an opportunity to be exposed to the mission and work of IFC and the broader World Bank Group and become part of the largest private sector development institution in the world.The program encourages individuals to bring new perspectives and innovative ideas to IFC's work, while improving skills in a diverse and highly stimulating environment. Moreover, the Global Internship Program provides a unique opportunity to exchange ideas and network with international professionals dedicated to ending extreme poverty and boosting prosperity in the developing world.
Duties and Accountabilities:
- Support the revamping of the investment track assessment.
- Participate in meetings with department heads of operations to gather input and ensure alignment in test requirements.
- Explore different platforms and technology solutions to deliver the test.
- Support Program Lead and Project Head in redeveloping the assessment.
- Upload, test, and implement new testing platform ensuring it is fully operational and integrated with HR systems.
- Conduct pilot testing with a small group of candidates to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments.
- Train HR staff and hiring managers on the new testing platform and procedures.
- Roll out the revamped assessments across all industry sectors and grade levels.
- Monitor project progress and report to stakeholders regularly.
- Support in other functions within the Recruitment Initiatives team, such as strategic outreach events in Europe and Middle East.
- Candidates must be currently enrolled in a Master's degree level program
- Preferred field of study: MBA, Masters HR, International Affairs
- Minimum of 2 years of previous work experience
- Financial modelling knowledge would be preferred.
