Attorney/Lawyer

This role is within the legal industry and requires specific skills in Document Management, Complaint Handling, and Personal Injury Law.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, ensuring all cases are handled promptly and professionally
• Review and evaluate cases, providing insightful advice to other attorneys in the firm
• Handle complaint management, resolving customer inquiries efficiently
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all customer credit applications
• Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency
• Continually monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Advise and support other attorneys within the firm, promoting a collaborative working environment
• Stay updated on changes and developments in personal injury law, applying this knowledge to current cases
• Ensure all legal processes and procedures are adhered to, maintaining the high standards of the legal industry.
• Possess a Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Must be admitted to practice law in the state of Florida and in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the legal field, specifically handling personal injury cases
• Proficiency in document management and complaint handling
• Knowledge of personal injury law and the ability to apply it to case analyses
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrable ethical standards and professional integrity
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to handle high pressure situations and meet deadlines
• Willingness to continue learning and improving lawyering skills.
