Quality manager
We’re looking for more than just a go-getter, but someone who can be the go-to resource for everyone else on this team.The Quality Manager is the company’s IMSL (Integrated Management System Leader) within the company IMS (Integrated Management System) and will work closely with other departments to implement and maintain quality management systems.

Responsibilities- Manufacturing experience
- amasnuEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and certifications.
- Lead internal and external audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for improvement. Ensure conformance to the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and support to employees on quality management principles and practices.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management including conducting Management Review as required by ISO standards.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to quality management and ISO compliance.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues. Requires working with all levels of the company across department lines.
- Oversee supplier quality management and conduct supplier audits.
- Together with the Quality Assurance Department, ensure proper calibration and maintenance of quality control equipment.
