What we're looking for: We have an immediate need for an experienced Construction Director of Estimating with a focus on large-scale commercial projects in key sectors including Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Education, Corporate, Institutional, and Light Industrial.
Ideal candidates
As a director, you will be responsible for presenting new business opportunities, expanding business relations, and overseeing estimating operations in a specific geographic region. You will have the authority over unit personnel and be responsible for creating budgets, overseeing the estimating process for projects, and establishing estimating standards based on past performance analysis.Additionally, you will work with Operations to ensure department standards are met and interact with various external stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma, or equivalent; College Degree preferred. Minimum 15 years of work experience in construction, with at least 8 years in construction estimating. BA/BS/AS or other accredited degree may substitute for up to 4 years of experience.
