Job Description- Oversee and direct commercial construction projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
- Review work progress on a daily basis.
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
- Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
- Meet contractual conditions of performance.
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
- Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors.

The Successful Applicant- A degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
- Proven working experience in construction management.
- Experience working on commercial projects
- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
- Expertise in building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
- Proficient in construction management software packages.
