Excperienced Sales Advisor

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Person to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers to drive sales.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on flooring and carpet options, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets, ensuring the highest standards of customer service.
• Actively seek out new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Assist with showroom displays and ensure products are presented in an attractive, organized manner.
• Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and follow up on sales orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about the latest flooring trends and product developments.
• Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience in the flooring or carpet industry is a significant advantage, but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
