Job Description- Oversee daily operations of construction projects
- Ensure safety rules and regulations are adhered to at all times
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Review work progress on a daily basis
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
- Meet contractual conditions of performance
- Order and manage materials and equipment
- Provide technical advice and solve problems on site

The Successful Applicant
A successful General Superintendent should have:
- A degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field
- Proven experience in a construction management role
- Excellent knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and processes
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Understanding of construction laws and regulations
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- An estimated salary range of $130,000 - $160,000
