We are searching for an energetic Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our amazing TEAM of clinicians that serves the Brockton residential area of Massachusetts.

Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

  • Providing occupational therapy treatments to individuals in their homes
  • Monitoring patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary under the supervision of a Registered Therapist
  • Educating patients and families on how to perform exercises and activities
  • Maintaining patient records and document treatments

Requirements:

Home healthcare experience is recommended, but not required.
  • Candidates must have MA Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team while working with a variety of patients and medical professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, use a computer, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems
