As we navigate a period of corporate restructuring, we are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Operations Executive to help fill significant operational gaps. This role, best suited for self-suited chaos whisperers, embraces a broad spectrum of tasks, each requiring not only expertise but also a keen sense for problem-solving, urgency, and outstanding administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all operational paperwork and ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Oversee the Compliance team to ensure conformity with all laws and regulations.
- Monitor and manage all government contracts, taking into consideration any special hours set by the agencies and any additional contacts. This requires a keen eye for detail and impeccable communication and organizational skills.
- Liaise closely with the new CFO/CEO to ensure the smooth running of the company during this transition.
- Handle daily tasks effectively, juggling multiple priorities, managing deadlines, and managing up.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to guarantee timely receipt of all critical information.
- Undertake a variety of administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
- Manage shipping and other logistical processes.
- Coordinate with vendors to confirm all vital information is uploaded to the web.
- Handle staff-related duties, including onboarding, team management, training, and team organization for peak efficiency.
- Conduct miscellaneous auxiliary tasks to ensure efficient communication and organization across the company.

Requirements for the Position:

- Previous experience working with grant organizations and government agencies is a significant bonus.
- Must be proactive with a clear demonstration of a 'go-getter' attitude.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a history of being able to find and implement effective solutions.
- Displays robust administrative capabilities, including managing paperwork, overseeing staff, and coordinating tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to liaise with various key stakeholders including government agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
- High organizational ability and a sharp eye for detail, indicative of the capability to handle intricate tasks involving various departments.
- The ability to work with a sense of urgency, understanding the importance of deadlines and effective time management.
