• Processing and coding invoices with utmost accuracy
• Entering invoices into the financial system in a timely manner
• Utilizing NetSuite for financial management and operations
• Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze data
• Ensuring accurate accounts payable records are maintained
• Promptly resolving any inquiries related to customer accounts
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions when required.
• Proficiency in Coding Invoices is required for managing and processing financial data.
• Ability to Enter Invoices effectively, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
• Expertise in Invoice Coding is necessary for the organization and classification of invoices.
• Experience with Federal Grants is essential for managing and applying for funding opportunities.
• Familiarity with Foundation Grants is required to seek and secure financial support.
• Knowledge of Government Grants is vital to maintain compliance with governmental regulations and secure funding.
• Proficiency in NetSuite is necessary for efficient financial management and reporting.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required for data analysis and financial reporting.
