Byers Industrial Services is seeking a motivated
Business Unit Leader

to oversee the

staffing division, managing the Business Development, Recruiting, and Marketing teams. The Business Unit Leader will be responsible for strategically developing client relationships, driving the growth of staffing opportunities, and ensuring operational efficiency across the division.

This leader will manage project opportunities, review estimates, maintain performance metrics, and report on the division's success to executive management.
