Project Coordinator (Marketing & Digital Solutions)

Work with a team that’s changing the way local brands grow. As a Project Coordinator, you’ll work closely with our Account Manager and various department teams (creative, development, content, social, paid media, and production) to ensure smooth and timely execution of client projects.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating tasks, managing project timelines, and communicating with team members to keep everything on track.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with managing client onboarding and ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate tasks across teams (creative, dev, social, content, and more).
  • Track project progress and adjust timelines as needed.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and internal teams to ensure alignment.
  • Support the Account Manager in meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items.
  • Help manage website projects from concept to completion, ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in project coordination or account management, preferably in marketing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
  • Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.

Requirements

Qualifications for Project Coordinator:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, account management, or similar roles (preferably in marketing).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and project management tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
