Bilingual in Spanish Customer Service Representative

We are offering a contract for a Bilingual in Spanish Customer Service Rep to join our team in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries related to their policies. You will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date customer records.

Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries about policies
• Providing customers with direct numbers to redirect their questions when necessary
• Updating customer addresses and names in our system as needed
• Processing requests for ID cards from customers
• Ensuring accurate and efficient data entry for all customer interactions
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary.
• Proven experience in a customer service role is essential, preferably in a similar industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with difficult customers or situations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in using computer software and applications, particularly CRM systems.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in Spanish required
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
