- Proficiency in data entry, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Must be able to handle email correspondence professionally and efficiently, responding to customer enquiries in a timely manner.
- Experience with handling both inbound and outbound calls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, including the ability to create spreadsheets, use formulas, and analyze data.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, with the ability to create, edit, and format documents.
- Experience in order entry, ensuring all customer orders are accurately processed.
- Must be able to schedule appointments effectively, managing multiple calendars and coordinating schedules to avoid conflicts.
