Responsibilities- Serve as Chief Service Leader, overseeing the 360° Customer Experience.
- Manage internal and external resources for flawless project execution, supervising and coaching direct reports.
- Collaborate with Division GMs and Operations to oversee daily Field Operations, Purchasing, and Customer Service.
- Lead and develop project managers and superintendents, ensuring efficient project delivery with both direct hires and third-party resources.
- Work with Planning & Scheduling to maintain up-to-date project plans and perform Executive Project Manager duties.
- Ensure on-time, within-scope, and on-budget project delivery, maintaining comprehensive documentation.
- Play a key role in long-term planning, driving operational excellence, and overseeing field/project financial management.
- Support strategic and fiscal planning, including capital equipment and budget management.
- Drive improvements in Support Services and organizational initiatives to enhance long-term operational excellence.
- Collaborate with the Director of Production and Director of Project Engineering to establish and improve SOPs and targets for Field Support Services.
